THE CROFOOT CREEPY CHEAPY HALLOWEEN TREAT takes over the entire Crofoot with bands, booze and a whole lot of holiday surprises! Featuring the Von Bondies. N.M.E. described them as "Representing the perfect thrift store-clad antidote to tearily solipsistic emo, boneheaded MTV mope-rock and sexless indie warbling?the band exhilaratingly recasts the last 40 years of American music into one immaculately chelsea-booted whole." THE VON BONDIES' unique sound blends raw garage, true punk and real soul music into a seamless hybrid that's honest, intelligent and built on a foundation of authentic emotions and human conditions. Full-on, guitar-overdriven, real rock 'n' roll, straight from the heart and totally committed.

Beware! The Crofoot will also play host to Nightmare Sinema’s renowned fright meister, WOLFMAN MAC, host of classic 'B' horror and sci-fi movies on TV 20. Wolfman Mac will be marrying folks in front of Pontiac’s Erebus Haunted Attraction, then bringing the newlyweds to the Crofoot for the reception.

In the Pike room prepare for a night of costumed covers, as some of Detroit's most innovative musicians pay homage to their heroes. PRUSSIA will be performing as the Smiths, JAVELINS will be emulating the melodic garage rock sounds of the Strokes, WILDCATTINGwill perform the songs of T.Rex, and there will be a special late night guest TBA ..

THE POP PROJECT will play at Phonotropic in the Vernors room, where patrons can feast on free candy and dance the night away to the wicked beats of the Music Selektor Gad Kassian.

In the Crofoot Café patrons can kick it old school with vinyl legend Handsome Sam spinning funk jams, soul, Motown, and classic hip hop. From 9-10 pm the Waxxonia"power hour" sells house beers and wells for $1.

Sucker DJ's Mikel O.D., Tom Matich, and Jeff Milo will keep the night rolling on the Crofoot patio.

God awful costumes encouraged with prizes for the dumbest, awarded by Nightmare Sinema’s Wolfman Mac!
