The AP Tour returns to the Crofoot in 2010 with rising star Never Shout Never confirmed as headlining act, topping the already packed lineup of Hey Monday, the Cab, Every Avenue and the Summer Set.

NEVERSHOUTNEVER! (singer/guitarist Drew, and touring musicians Taylor McFee on bass and Nathan Ellison on drums) has already racked up 52 million MySpace plays, well over 15,000 EPs and 125,000 tracks sold on iTunes, all as an unsigned artist.

Turning down multiple record label offers, Drew instead opted to release The Summer EP on his own. The Summer EP was recorded in January 2008 by Forrest Kline of Hellogoodbye at his new home studio, Phantom Tollbooth, constructed in the garage of his Long Beach, CA home. The CD was mixed by Jon Kaplan (The Starting Line, Good Charlotte, LL Cool J) and mastered by Dave McNair. All songs were written by Christofer Drew and produced by NeverShoutNever! and Forrest Kline. Patrick Carrie of Limbeck guests on guitar on the track “I Just Laugh.”

THE CAB,On the battleground of Las Vegas’ Liberty High School in 2005, a fierce war rages on. Sworn enemies Alex DeLeon and Cash Colligan are fighting valiantly for the affections of the same girl. With such an intense hatred brewing between the two high-school juniors, no one could predict that they would soon bury the hatchet and join forces in Colligan’s garage in order to bring their musical minds together.

But it happened. However after posting a Myspace demo of songs they wrote together, newly crowned vocalist DeLeon and bassist Colligan realized that they needed a full band to completely realize their musical vision. Luckily they were able to find drummer Alex Johnson, who brought a pop-punk and rock sensibility informed by bands like Blink-182 and Jimmy Eat World. Combined with the duo’s love for Justin Timberlake and Michael Jackson, this allowed The Cab to finally begin to take their music in an exciting new direction that would reconcile all of these eclectic influences. “I think people like to categorize bands by attaching them to a specific scene, but I don’t want to be thought of as a certain kind of band,” explains DeLeon. “I want to cross over to other communities and have as many people hear us as possible,” he continues. “I never want to be contained to one group.”

If every Monday were as invigorating and infectious as HEY MONDAY, there’d be no reason to look forward to weekends.

“We liked the name Hey Monday because it’s very contradicting,” says Cassadee, the band’s firecracker of a frontwoman with spunk to spare and an enthusiasm as disarming as it is endearing. “Most people don’t really say they’re happy about a Monday, they view it like it’s the first day of the rest of their week, but Monday can also just be a new beginning…”

Barely out of high school, Cassadee’s new beginning is a dream come true. Discovered at a regional music conference where the teenage siren would sing for anyone willing to listen, she attracted the attention of record label scouts at a time when most of her friends weren’t even old enough to drive. Less than two years later she’s preparing for the release of her band’s first album, Hold On Tight, a joint venture between Columbia Records and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz’s Decaydance Records. Produced by S*A*M and Sluggo [The Academy Is, Gym Class Heroes, Metro Station], the album is a free-spirited spin through life’s post-adolescent twists, turns, trials and triumphs.

EVERY AVENUE "These guys may think they are nipping at the heels of Fall Out Boy, but pretty soon they'll be standing next to them!" -Campus Circle

The last year has been a huge year for Marysville, Michigan natives Every Avenue and with their upcoming release "Shh. Just Go With It" hitting store shelves this winter, they show no signs of slowing down.

"Hopes and dreams and memories, you can't take away from me!" sings David Ryan, lead vocalist for the pop-infused rock sensation Every Avenue. The band has just finished another inspired, energetic performance and tonight, like every other night they have graced the stage, the crowd simply wants more. This reaction is becoming increasingly more common everywhere that Every Avenue goes, and that is not limited to shows. The band is being recognized in malls, restaurants, even on the highway; and rightfully so.
