Art at the Crofoot

Looking for a location for a film screening, film shoot, fashion show, or art oriented event? The Crofoot is the place.

Our interior design work was a collaboration of local artists under the guidance of designers Patricia Slack and Jeremy Hanson of The River’s Edge Gallery. We are pleased to own a variety of tables and art pieces made by some of Detroit's most infamous artists. We pride ourselves on being connected to, and part of the Metro Detroit art scene.

Along with fashion shows, photo and video shoots, film screenings, art shows, wedding receptions, bar/bat mitzvahs, and banquets, the Crofoot specializes in live music. The Crofoot was recently voted Detroit's best concert venue by the Detroit Metro Times. The Crofoot Ballroom is South East Michigan's most dynamic live music venue. Opened in September 2007, the Crofoot has produced live events of all types including appearances by First Lady Michelle Obama, Dr. Bill Cosby, John Waters, and musical performances by Jimmy Eat World, The National, Neko Case, RZA, Ratatat, Public Image Limited (featuring Johnny Rotten of the Sex Pistols), Owl City,Talib Kweli, Girl Talk, The New Pornographers, Deadmau5, Craig Owens, Method Man & Redman, Mastodon, Stars, Band of Horses, Vampire Weekend, Paul Van Dyk, EL-P, Passion Pit,  Sufjan Stevens, 3OH!3, and more.
